He answered and said, “Whether He is a sinner or not I do not know. One thing I know: that though I was blind, now I see.”  John 9:25

There is power in testimony.  The blind man didn’t focus on what he didn’t know about Jesus; he only shared what he had experienced when he encountered Him. Without a shadow of a doubt, he was blind but now he could see.  No one could take this miraculous transformation away from him or refute this truth.  If God has touched your life share that with others.  Your testimony is one of the most effective ways to share the gospel.

Here are some helpful hints in preparing your testimony.

  • Write your testimony down. (life before Christ, how you came to Christ, life after Christ)
  • Aspire to be who God created you to be.
  • Be truthful.
  • Have a target of three minutes for your testimony.
  • Rely on the Holy Spirit.

What has Christ done in your life?  Take some time to put together your testimony and be ready to share it with those that God has placed in your life.
